Mind Over Matter in 3.0 reduces Damage Over Time.
Righteous Fire = Damage Over Time = Reduced by Mind Over Matter

path of quit till 3.1 for the es/life and/or armour/evasion to be fixed

Do you mean the RF will eat mana as part of the 30% damage taken hits mana pool, or does it get a straight up reduced damage taken from damage over time?

Your mana will eat up 30% of the Damage Over Time taken so your Life Pool only takes 70% of the Damage Over Time taken. So its easier to sustain Righteous Fire since the Mana Regen to sustain Righteous Fire isn't as much investment as Pure Life Righteous Fire.

Effectively you can run Righteous Fire without needing Rise of the Phoenix opening Righteous Fire up to 2 Handed-Builds!

Oak bonus, most likely. Currently gives 4% (or was it 6%?) phys mitigation, 20% increased physical damage and 1% life regen.
