noob question about headhunter

guys, i will chance many leather belts, but i read some posts on reddit about chancing leather belt on nemesis mode, here its my question >>> "chancing leather belt on nemesis mod its mandatory to reach a headhunter?" or i can do it comfortably on my hideout...? thanks for any help.....:)

It's a Nemesis league item and it currently can only drop/be chanced in areas affected by Nemesis leaguestone. Hideout or Antagonist's map mod won't work.

There's cheat that will get you one easy:

Or save your Chances, as its like a 1 in 50,000 chance or something absurd.

You can buy one off Perandus if you've saved up 20,000-30,000.
