Vaults of Atziri and Mods

I appreciate that some mods might be overpowered on this map, so I get the reasoning for blocking them, but could you please explicitly clarify rules exceptions like this when they aren't aligned with game mechanics? Maybe put a tag on the Vaults saying "Unaffected by Map Modification Effects". It's just a bit unnecessarily frustrating when we expend resources on something that has been arbitrarily (and perhaps with good reason) excluded from those mechanics.

Forgive me if I just missed that clarification in the patch notes. I know there have been a few changes in the last few major releases, but I haven't been able to track down the specifics.
