account locked

so, i received a 3200 hour mute, not really the problem. However, about 5 minutes after receiving the mute i was logged off. i tried logging back on and it said my account was locked. i cannot log in to the website or the game. i have already emailed support and they have yet to email me back with any information whatsoever.

locked not banned, 3200hr mute...sounds like rather than wasting their time continually muting you they are going to speak to you and try to get you to behave yourself.
