Missing Loot Text

For some reason my client updated earlier today despite being on the latest revision.

A Leaguestone (not shown) and an orb of alteration (shown) had blank text boxes.

Oddly enough, other Leaguestones and other orbs of alteration appeared normally.

The issue continues and also extends to maps (coves), gear (Rare cloth belt) and other currency items. It's happened quite a few times and I can't see any kind of pattern.

Exit the game fully and then restart it. Known issue.
