Do the projectiles which Porcupine Goliaths eminate upon death "hit" (and thus can get mitigated by Fortify etc.)?
Do the delayed blasts of Bearers hit?

Yes for porcupines, hence armour builds usually don't feel the spikes as bad, unsure about bearers but I want to say yes as well.

Yes, both hit. Fortify will mitigate them.

they certainly hit. everything except Damage over time is a hit

from my experience, porcupine spikes on death count as projectile attacks, so they can be blocked/dodged/evaded

bearers should deal spell damage, so can be spell blocked/spell dodged (tested last season with Aegis Aurora build)
