What ails the world and how to fix it

I don't like big cities. Higher population density just means more opportunities to run into "people problems". And that means me going to jail, and/or going back to the psych ward. I'm not going back to jail/psych ward. I can't afford upper-middle class suburban sprawl, so I got 2 choices, hood rat central, or a rural area. Given a sufficient time span, an altercation WILL occur in that environment with a high likelihood of me murdering somebody. So I found a rural area to live, and I like it out here other than the fact that the internet out here is shit. But there is a 0% chance of me having to murder anyone out here.
