Budget KB? 1C weapons, 60C Gloves, 4ex Chest, 256K DPS?!

1.-do you think a low life version could work? just for get another aura maybe haste or heralds? or dont worth it?

2.-also i was thinking use jewels with this mods '' % increased Lightning Damage
,% increased Attack Speed with Wands ,% increased Area Damage '' or ''% increased Projectile Damage '' is better than increased area damage?

3.-Leveling recommendations? (im in legacy)

pob code, turns out in ideal environment Piscators and dual foe bite provide almost same damage in pvp,

here in this we have 233k dps vs 75/75/75 resistance character.

dual foe bite, again almost perfect gear:

295k effective dps vs 75/75/75.

there is a 18% attack speed difference, and 20-25% dps difference.

so roughly dps difference is due to attack speed difference.

-Right: Lioneyes , it give me much more dps , free pierce , but 0 pen

Why even post calculation if it is wrong? It's far from conclusive, just think about it.
