How to improve party play

Make Leaguestone, Zana&leaguestone league effect(ie: extra silver coins, perandus coins), Sextant,etc
drop allocation be tilted toward the person that consumed them aka: Instance creator ie: in a party of 5 people, current odds are 20% everybody.
