Labyrinth Enchantments, a bit control please

There are a lot of enchantments in the chance pool, there should be a influence from the players to shrink the pool a bit in the charakters direction.

No.

Also, there have been tons of discussions on this in the past. If there is a particular enchant you want, then trade for it. If it has to be on a particular base, and there aren't any available, then you just have to suck it up and grind it out.

In the majority of cases, helm enchants are a luxury, not a necessity for a build.

So are using your passive points, and getting upgrades to gear and everything else... its all optional but we do it to increase the power of our character. In ARPGs you want to get stronger and feel stronger. If there is something out there that improves your build, then its not optional, you go for it.

The enchant system is very hit and miss. Gloves and Boots are farmable but have a bunch of pretty weak enchants that could use some tweaks. Head enchantment is pretty awful in terms of farmability. If you can't find the base to trade for.. then they have no choice but to farm it. The scenario alone is frustrating because its the only thing in the game that doesn't follow suite with trade. It's very inconsistent with the rest of the game. It's like telling someone they have to 6 link there items every league with fusings alone, they can't trade for them or buy div cards, or buy a 6 linked item for several exalts.

So, yes.. its a mess.

There is a difference between something that makes a build mechanically possible, and the kind of things that helm enchants offer, which generally constitute a luxury, increasing DPS, or AoE of a skill. Generally they are NOT necessary. They are desirable, which is what gives them their value, and makes the hunt worthwhile.
