Why doesn't the 4 seconds of 8%reduced damage not show in the buff icons.
How do you know when or even if you are ever getting the reduced damage? Last bumped on Apr 22, 2017, 9:06:57 PM

The game doesn't treat things that are 'active while X' as buffs, though things that 'trigger when X occurs' are buffs. It's a weird distinction, presumably for technical reasons. Unfortunately there's no way to tell.
