Passives Refund Issue (solved)

They won't do anything for passive refunds resets outside the ones at the start of a new league
Also not a bug by the looks of it, removing that point will break the connection to your starting point. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

The only reason that you would not be able to refund that point is that removing it would create a break in the pathing to other areas where you have points allocated.
