Pros:
- Discharge is pure fun - Great Clear Speed - Discharge??? Explosions! - Flaskfinder (Flasks always up!) - Choir of the Storm is <3 (1% overcapped Lightning Res will result in 0,07% Global Crit!) - We don't have to care much about Res (will talk about later) Cons: - Maybe a bit expensive - Some "FPS LAGS" cuz of Discharge.. - Not a League Starter - - - Gear, Skilltree, Links + Data for PoB - - -

The Build requires the following Core Items:
Without those, the build won't work. Flasks 1-4 = Wise Oak Vinktar's Chalice Diamond Flask (recommend All Res on use) The last Flask is by your own. If we're playing with Purity of the Elements + Wise Oak and a Diamond Flask with "All Res" on Use, we're close to capped Res on Merciless. With Flasks up this will result like this: PoE+Wise Oak+Diamond (27 All Res on use) = 119% (normal) So we're missing 16%!* (135/135/105**) (with higher All Res (up to 30) it be less left) All Res without any Gear by only using Flasks and PoE. This incredible strong! So we can focus on the essential Stats on Gear/Items. *For Elemental Weakness Maps you should aim for 169/169/XXX ** Choir -30% Lightning Res Stacking Lightning Resistance will result on a huge amount of extra Crit! (0,07% per uncapped Lightning Res) Some people are talking about to match Lightning and Fire Res for Wise Oak. (Discharge + Firestorm) My advice.. don't do this! Would argue against that tree because you're nowhere near crit capped on cyclone no matter pcharges.
http://poeurl.com/bgZ3 This is the tree that the reddit post build had, altered for CI and temp league without legacy vinktar's. This lets you sit on 93% crit on cyclone thus never missing extra pcharges and triggering firestorm for even more pcharges thus never discharging at less then 7pcharges. lowlife version: http://poeurl.com/bgZ8 depending on your gear you can skip precision at all times. |

" Hey Mate! I don't know where you are getting your numbers from, but I would recommend you "Path of Building" for theory crafting about "crit capped" or not. Fatal Blade issn't good at all, you're wasting so many points to reach. (ofc at least Heartseeker is the only good thing about this way) The tree you've posted is missing too much ES%. Because i don't have to sit there see every 4 seconds you miss 1 discharge becuase you're not crit capped on cyclone, did the maths with your tree, there's a reason the taiwaneese did this tree. |
