I'm missing the following:

Karui Ward: 30% increased Projectile Speed, 10% increased Movement Speed, 30% increased Projectile Damage ... this amulet greatly improves the clear speed right from the get-go. Alo gives plenty DEX, handy for leveling green gems in the early stages. Some Flame Totemers use it even in end game.

Doedre's Tenure: (50-60)% increased Spell Damage (at the expense of 15% cast speed)

Also useful: Lifesprig is probably the best wand until you move to a 4-link setup (+1 to Spell gems and nice cast speed/spell damage) and Wanderlust for movement speed.
