Cannot connect to instance randomly happening

Anyone else having this happen to them? Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't. Sometimes I can play for a bit, other times it disconnects any time I go to a new area. It just starting happening earlier tonight and it happens on any server I join.

Any tips/suggestions? I am not running into any other connectivity issues with any other games. I play on the stand alone client, not steam. Here is my tracert.

This exact thing has been happening to me all evening, tried all the US servers nothing seemed to help.

I am also having this problem.

Same here. I haven't been able to get into any instance, hideout, etc. since yesterday.
