- Maximum Crit Chance ( 95% ) - Evade 1 reflection with 90% Converted Physical to Ice damage ( normaly Glacial Carcade take both reflection effect. with enchantment " 90% of Glacial Cascade Physical Damage converted to Cold Damage " it mean only 10% of physical damage will take physical reflection ) Why Assassin???
