no doubt, the strongest build i ever played in pvp.
to make KB deal overlap damage with less occurance rate they increased its spread which is actually equal to increasing its aoe. so this build got buffed in pvp due to nerfs for pve. funny. #justGGGthings "You have great power. I made an even more budget version with dual Obliteration wands and Snakebite gloves to poison. That one was fun too!
