Combat is too fast for the games structure

Combat being this fast doesn't really belong in this game for numerous reasons. It's painfully obvious that at it's core, this meant is meant to be played at a MUCH slower pace. Why do I say this? Let's name some examples as to how the entire structure of the game falls apart, makes no sense or becomes nearly unusable with combat being as fast as it currently is:

1) The game engine can't keep up and causes FPS lag because you are moving or attacking too fast.

2) The netcode can't keep up and DC's you from doing too many actions at once thinking you're hacking(lol)

3) Inventory management is slow and clunky, it takes a while to organize things, move things around, roll maps, get maps out, get leagstones, put leaguestones in, ID rares, check rares, do vendor recipes etc. The lead dev himself said he wants items to feel 'weight" which means slow to move around and organize thus wanting a slower pace.

4) Movement skills create a situation that if your build can't use shield charge or whirling blades(say a wander or 2h build) it's immediately much slower than other builds. Also, since pretty much every build has enough damage to 1 shot most non-elite non-league non-boss packs and kill the rest of the mobs easily, there's no reason to sacrifice the SUPERIOR mobility of whirling blades + shield charge for a different flavor. This makes a lot of builds and skills simply feel "bad" to play. If combat wasn't so fast going slower wouldn't be a problem since you'd make up for raw speed with power - but right now that power is unneeded because pure speed has enough power to kill everything.

5) Slow moving projectiles like essence drain and combo skills like vortex + frostbolt are far too slow in a game where you can blow up the entire screen in 1 button press. Many abilities that are DESIGNED to be combod and use together become far too slow in comparison. Yeah, you can go slower, but what if you're in a party? Which brings us onto 6.

6) Party play. When players are this fast and strong the weak and slower get left behind. This means there's nearly no reason to group up or WANT to group up because 1 person can clear the entire map by themselves while the slower players or weaker simply follow behind picking up loot. No interaction or teamwork between party members at all, it creates an unfun experience for everyone else in the party except the 1 strong and fast person. Partying becomes something you avoid.
6b)There is no synergy between party members unless someone is an afk aurabot that does nothing but provide auras
6c) Culling MFers don't exist anymore because of how fast things die. Killing faster is better magic finding.

7) Trading. Trading has to be as automated and quick paced as possible(poe.trade + prem tabs is currently faster than an auction house would be for posting items) and if things aren't worth at least 5 Chaos it's not even worth leaving your map to open stash, accept party invite, open trade, check items, then hit accept. Add any communicating or talking inbetween this? Trade immediately becomes an efficient usage of time - in the time you've spent trading you could've made this currency simply running more maps. This creates a bad atmosphere in the game overall, IMO.

8) Game isn't well optimized and has bad loading times. Unless you're on an SSD + decent computer set up load times take a bit. Not long, but long enough that someone with nearly instant loads on a SSD with a decent computer can clear half the map, if not all, by the time you're done loading. This wasn't a problem back in the day when things were slow, but now it is.

TLDR: At it's core, this game is slow and clunky. You're supposed to spend time looking at items, spend time IDing items, spend time rolling items, spend time looking at enemy mods and thinking about how they interact with your build, looking at map mods and thinking before zoning into a map, load times aren't optimized for 1 minute clear speeds when you can take up to 20-30 seconds to load a map on slower computers, etc. The current combat pace goes against the design of the rest of the game.

3.0 >>NEEDS<< to have drastic changes to the pace of combat, because it is completely and utterly out of control. Not just damage wise, but also mobility.

Thanks for reading.
