Just fn great like the severs wernt laggy already now here comes lag r us minions builds again that no one likes to play with or build .

"undead minion skills" ya these golemancer elementalist build which can kill all bosses in game while your character is dead are soo retarded.
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
