Windows firewall blocks in game logout command

Hi,

I have an issue while logging out from the game (exit to login screen not macro). Every single time when I log out I stay in the game for set period. I noticed that turning off windows firewall solves that issue and I can go back to the game right away but obviously i don't want to be forced to turn off protection of my computer every time i want to play a game. Can you please tell me what port should I unlock in firewall or what kind of exception should i make? I have 2 udp and tcp exceptions set already by default.

I use Windows 10 pro, Steam client (doesn't work for standalone too)

the client only uses tcp and only has outgoing connections.
