List of Sextant Mods

Hey guys,

so i was using many sextants lately, and i realized that some Mods exist according to http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cartographer%27s_Sextant but i actually never got them. For example "Forsaken Masters".

So i found the following patch notes from 2.4 https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1755703 which are stating that some Sextant Mods cannot longer be rolled. The list on the gamepedia page looks updated beside "Items dropped by Unique Boss are Corrupted" and "Areas contain Forsaken Masters".

Now my question is, is there any list of the actual sextant mods confirmed by GGG? including the percentage droprates. At the moment I am not able to trust the gamepedia page, and would be more than happy to actually now all the Mods!

Additionally, it would be great if anyone could explain me what "no_monster_packs 0" means, on some mods on the gamepedia page.
