Infinite portals - Automatically ported back in map after dying and did not consume any portals

This happened when I turned on a map and at the same time asked Zana for a daily quest. I went inside the quest map and heard the map device turn on. After failing the daily for Zana(Vorici quest), I went inside the Racecourse map, opened a Breach then died. Surprisingly, it did not port me out into my hideout and instead I was beside the portal alive with no portals used.



Screenshot shows Eternal Laboratory instead of my hideout.



Image above shows only 1 portal used(I died twice and returned to the portal inside Racecourse alive).



I tried moving the portal around and it also did not consume and portals on my hideout. Also, I could not get out using this portal, I had to go to character select to check if any portals were consumed when I died.

Could be game breaking; infinite uber trials, shaper, etc.

tl;dr Every time I died exp penalty was there but no portals used on my hideout, revived inside map infinitely.
