Gameplay Help and Discussion - In need of help with a build. - Forum

I'm a relatively new player but I understand a lot of the game and I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with a build. As my favorite class is witch because of the ability to have high ES and be able to run CI it is a witch but, I'm wondering what would be better for this tree

if I wanted to run a high ES witch with decent mana and I want to run a Lightning skill (Probably Shock Nova) so would you also be able to give Gear recommendations?
