Suggest me a build please for LSC

I started the league with a Spark currency farmer and have some currency to blow on something new and interesting. I've never done Shaper/Uber Atziri, so a build that is capable of any end-game content is what I'm looking for. My budget is 10-20 ex, the cheaper the better but I don't want to go real cheap, I want to feel some power
