help on frostblade malice tree

I was thinking about a frostblade malice build using freezing pulse and vortex, equiping the first snow and fight for survival threshold jewels.

except I need some help on getting more crit chance.
this is the tree I came up with so far.


idk about snakepit and dying sun at the moment. So best if excluding items and not using inc. crit strike.
