So....what? Are you thinking of something like an actual weapon-swapper, using both Voltaxic Rift and Whispering Ice?
...why? What's the upshot? Either kill stuff with Icestorm or kill stuff with Voltaxic? Trying to get both things to work on the same build sounds like a lot of extra cost and fiddling for no real increase in capabilities to me. Especially since the same 1k Intelligence investment is better spent on HoWA anyways. |
