Account Hacked on HC and Maradeur killed

Today when I logged, I saw that my lvl 34 Marauder is not at HC league and 2-3 yellow items are missing. I beg to recover my maradeur back to HC league.

Before it i was playing with my friend,Then my game disconnect and I could not join back "login from another location".

GGG policy is to restore you access to your account, they will not do any roll backs of leagues nor will they return any stolen items.
There is an official post on this matter but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
