Constant Crashing on Piety A3

I crash constantly while on the Piety act 3 fight. Literally have done it 6 times, have credit for killing her but never picked up the keys due to crashing.
Doesn't matter when..very beginning of fight, mid-way, 5% life, she dies... BAM crash. Ive uninstalled the game and re-installed. Still happening.
I really enjoy the game, but Ive about given up since I cannot progress. Any ideas what may be causing this?
