Scold's ninja nerfed?

Did scold's get nerfed to not trigger cwdt? Been lvling my serker to try and build some fun hit myself build but has heard that scold's got ninja nerfed in 2.6.

If thats true then that kinda sucks. Even read through the patchnotes just to check before starting up the char :/.

Not really into the idea of starting another character, maybe i can rework this one into some mediocre ancestral warchief :/. But more probable is that i would stop playing after a while.

Yes, they changed it so you actually have to use mana. No fun allowed for life builds.
