Where are my characters?

Hi everybody. I was playing yesterday and everything was alright, my characters were OK.
Today, few minutes ago, i ran the game, and in the logging menu it said, that im trying to log in from another PC, or something like that. So i typed the password again and logged in. And here is the problem, my characters are gone. I had 3 of them, not even one shows in the chars menu. I tried to log out and log in few times in a row, but it has the same result....

Does anybody know, wts is this? Are my characters and all my time played gone?
