I've failed you, my ultimate PvP guide did in fact receive a nerf. Scolds no longer interacts with blood magic, limiting the stupidity just a tad. We can still go "near" full retard but...should we of ever been full retard to begin with?

can't say i'll miss it.
rumors say, some people were using scolds without BM, we'll see. they gotta spend on damage taken gained as mana% so much so they end up being very squishy. i dont think also it is possible to sustain EA with non BM setup. we'll see how people react to this change. we won't see putins firing vomiting spells around anymore, thats for sure. Someone actually managed to keep the healing on while spamming EA but it seems the constant projectile vomit is not possible anymore.
