It's a file containing all the data that someone making a third-party tree planner tool would need from GGG to make the tool, or to update their existing program. If you're not one of the people maintaining a third-party tree tool, don't worry about the file; wait for one of the tool makers to do their thing.

Did not see why forces of nature had to move there. It is such an awkward traversal location.
