Hideout from League

Is the master progress supposed to reset after a league? I am back on standard with all my characters but all my MTX and masters are gone. Eleron is down to level 3. I can't even claim the crafting benches back. Do I need to redo it all?

Guild member with Leetness here. Same deal with my standard league hideout with all the masters back down to 2-3. Zana isn't even in the Eternal Lab so I can't invite her to my hideout if I wanted to so I can't get the mapping device in the hideout.
