Lab running

I just completed the Standard Cruel lab (on my character HerpForDerp) from start (when I click on the new instance button for Aspirant's Plaza) to finish (when Izaro is dead) in 3:43 and the time on the website didn't update. The day has ended and the first place player finished in 3:48. I entered the lab at level 60. I haven't entered merciless. This was the 2nd time today I finished the lab with a better time than my previous best time without it registering on the website (the other was on the Standard Normal lab). :/
