Can you help me?

So i recently received one of those special micro transaction crates from one of the events, I opened it and happily received a weapon effect called "Azure seraph weapon effect". I had no idea that it stays only on one weapon and i feel like such an idiot when asking this but is there any GM or Admin that is able to remove it of my current weapon on my level 28 "Cryptide" character since i don't want to this effect on this specific weapon and would like to wait till i get to a later stage of the game to put it on my last weapon.

Please if you could do this for me :)

You can only have the effect on a single weapon at one time.

You can remove it from the current weapon for free by doing this;

• Press the M button on your keyboard.
• Click the Reclaim Effect button.
• Click on the weapon with the effect.
