Is there a way to avoid load screen deaths?

Today early i was leveling a SSF char to see how further i could go, and died to a loading screen at Daresso Arena ( the game freeze so i press alt +f4, when i log in i was dead and at standard league ). Is there a way to avoid this kind of deaths?

"This. SSD is pretty much mandatory if you want to play HC. Sure a normal HDD will be fine 95% of the time but do you really want to take that one chance where you open a strongbox or something else that requires a bunch of assets to load all at once and your screen freezes? |

It's important not to move until the area finishes loading you have 25 sec/ 10 sec invulnerability but do not move.
