Path of exile and youtube

Is it allowed to simply record path of exile gameplay with a screen recorder and then upload it and monetize it with youtube?

Or does someone need an electronic signature 1st from the devs or a permission from the devs or the staff... idk to be able to?

You mean can anyone just upload poe vids without permission or anything?
This game brings built-in Twitch to make streams, so doubtfully could deny the possibility of uploading videos to youtube and try to win something with it...
Bethesda is known for having good ideas and terrible realization of them. GGG is a Bethesda subsidiary or what?
Try to ask a deveolper or a community guy by pm, Im pretty sure they can answer you.
