Need some help and evaluation for King of the Forest Berserker

At only 4.7k hp I feel squishy and sometimes bosses from only T5 maps are a challenge, and merciless Lab Izaro is almost 1 shotting me.

My gem setup also became weird since Frost Wall+Decoy Totem is no longer viable, any suggestion what I can use instead of a second set of Blood rage?



Jewels are mainly 7% Maximum Life and 12% Increased Projectile Damage, resists are capped except for lightning at 74%.

I am currently sitting at 459 Armour, 15654 evasion rating. Where or how should I be upgrade..?
