Bleed mod from off-hand while dual-wielding

Does the bleed mod from an off-hand weapon apply on main-hand hits? On something like ancestral warchief?

bleed on hit mods on weapons are local. Not sure if there are any exceptions though

So that goredrill can be in off-hand, and the main hand can still cause bleed if crit?

Nevermind, found answer from this post: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1704536. From its third post, "If the weapon says just 'bleeding on hit', it's local"
