"budget" clear speed raider?

im starting fresh and am reaching out for some help on what to start at for raider. saw she got a buff and is pretty good now. wondering what my options are or what i should aim for with only 1 to 2ex max.

I reckon Ngamahu's Flame Cyclone would be a good place to look. Ngamahu's is a godly weapon for its price and the build can do absolutely everything.
