Suggestion: Item Filter action controlling highlight on drop

Some items highlight, briefly or indefinitely, when dropped, even when highlighting is otherwise off (i.e. Always Highlight is unchecked and the Highlight Key is not pressed). Currency, quest items, maps, and I believe uniques have this property.

I would like for that property to be controllable in an item filter. Something like

HighlightOnDrop [duration]

where the optional duration is given in milliseconds (with 0 corresponding to no highlight), and an omitted duration indicating an indefinite highlight.
