Pious Pact not stacking correctly with zealots oath and EB

with Pious Pact consecrated ground should give 4% life regen/second (converted to ES regen via zealots oath) and 4% es regen. i am definitely not seeing 8% ES regen/second on consec. ground.

i also am using EB/MOM if that matters.
