hideout dungeons

hideouts should have doors to instances players design. environment objects, traps, and monsters could be placed on the map. to prevent the instance from being abused for items and XP the monsters would give no xp and no items, but there could be a chest the designer can place and put items in as a reward for whoever finds it.
