*rant* so GGG only reply if it's cash related problem ?

Global company has to deal with the fraction of the world's population that has chosen killing pictures of creatures/people as a hobby. I don't envy them that.
Well i had to deal with support two times.

1/ Changing nickname of a character two years ago. Think it was done few mins later.
2/ Contacted support for a scam issue. Got an answer 1H later and it was a day before december 31.

Honestly for two little issue like that ( scam are ignored and almost tolerated except in extreme cases apparently ) i can't expect better. And it had nothing to do about cash.

There are some days with and some days without :) that's it.
