I need crafting help!! should I or should I not?

So this isn't so much a value question. more so a question of what should i do. I've just gotten into crafting and im crafting gear for myself. I'm doing a HoWa build and made this amulet.


I need WED on it, but im freaked out to exalt it because i dont know how "good" it is and if i should worry about trying to get an eternal orb for it. I dont know if its on that level or not.

HELP!
