"No, they really arent, hints why trying to nitpick build and gear. You cant buy what doesnt exist and you cant expect people to buy 5T1 items in a temporary league and call that a "reasonable balancing point". Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

Agreed that mana issues can be solved by gearing up (in cases when u can use rare rings and amulets), thou i still think that clarity could use some buff* (increase mana regen and mana reservation at the same regen/reserve ratio).
