I don't know which would give higher dps. I use faster attacks for more reliable leech and better feel.

I dont understand the benefit of it, more survivabilty? I'd say u loose a lot of surv without Unwavering despite 40-50% Eva, so I'd rather go for US + IR if I was u.
being dependent of a flask versus stuns would be too risky for my taste, especially later on higher lvls 97+

Also 84% hit and 6% crit is f**king low what makes the tooltip dps being only a snapshot. Ofc it is a non crit build, but Elemental Overload is relying on crits, so it's running out pretty often or proccs first when a pack is already almost dead, especially in knotty indoor maps.

I'd always take the Twin Terrors Notable at the cost of 5k tooltip dps and pass on one Int suffix for a T1 flat accuracy one. It's gonna be the same DPS, but more 'true' and better leeching, beside a bit less ES.
