Lost in Love - Piety fight bug

Upon killing Piety in Crematorium Level 2, HC Normal difficulty, 2 of the guards had not become aggro, unkillable, unAOEable and a spell totem would not fire at them.

The table also unclickable, so the mission unable to be completed in this occurrance. First time I had had this occur.
