Wheres my Phoenix Pack?

I have not heard back from GGG ever since they told me through my support ticket to PayPal them the final amount and provide the transaction ID (which I did) so they could manually set it up. I would sure like to enjoy the Phoenix set, as well as be able to purchase more stash tabs (since they are on sale) but I cannot. Will someone from GGG please contact me (or set it up like you said) instead of ignoring me after I paid.

I was forced to come here, since the only way to contact GGG is through their support email, which I have received no response.
