It's insanely OP for mobility skills like Leap slam or Whirling Blades.
These stats are UNBUFFED + NO AURAS, and I still have several attack speed nodes on tree left to get (My character sheet is wide open, you can look if you'd like!)
And also enables you to have a pseudo 5.5L for an extra skill. (Wanders etc...)
Will expand more on this later.... This won't always be path of CI :)
Commandment of Fury Enchant is great with the Hate Splitter because it will shoot out 10 copies of the weapon damaging all surrounding enemies - it can also "Shotgun" single enemies/bosses. With the Hate Splitter equipped, it also makes your enemies start bleeding. This cannot be achieved by wearing the Voidheart since Voidheart is Melee hits only. Hate Splitter 100% of your hits cause bleeding.
These 2 other versions are also available upon request. Their price will cost the fee + actual cost of recrafting from leech to an alternative version, and back to my leech roll. Please let me know if you need the mod changed beforehand.

Info on Reduced Flask Charges & Chaos Resists - Click-->
I've used this Reduced Flask Charges mod for years in PVP as it was invaluable in that setting, but now it is extremely important in PVE as well. Starting in 2.5, you can only receive one flask charge per Critical Strike every 200ms. This is distributed among every one of your flasks. With the 20% Reduced mod, you can get 3 uses out of your quicksilver flasks with no recharge. Your Legacy Vinktars will only use 24 charges per use instead of the normal 30. This is the best mod in the game to help maximize your flask usage.
Chaos Resistance is incredibly important to life builds. In order to fully min-max your build, you must get Chaos resistance from somewhere. T1 on a perfected Rare is one of the best sources in the game. You don't want to catch yourself dying to T16 Chimera's Snakes, Uber Atziri Trio's Cycloner, T15 Overgrown Ruin's boss, Chaos Bomb Boxes, Maligaro in Core, or the many other hidden "1-shot" damage dealers in this game. With this belt you are maximizing your flasks and stacking up what matters for your character.

You are able to get 5% cast speed from a bandit mission, 1 passive point, or 1 mod on a jewel, but nowhere else in the entire game can you get 60%+ Mana regen from 1 mod other than a suffix on a wearable item. Even the largest notable node on the passive tree "Shaper" only gives you 40% Mana Regen.
Righteous Fire builds and other casters don't care too much about cast speed, but everyone can benefit from more Mana Regen. This ring has more versatility than a similar, more expensive ring with cast speed instead.

Brood Circle Opal Ring (88% cold damage with weapons):
This is an amazing ring for frostblades, glacial hammer, ice crash and ice shot, especially when combined with additional cold scaling from the hatred aura and/or the new Hrimburn prophecy gloves, which not only adds more cold but also enables your cold damage to ignite.
For builds that convert all cold damage to fire using Pyre in the second ring slot, this ring is also great because the 88% cold damage will scale before conversion; for example Castablanca's ice shot forker build benefits tremendously from a ring of this quality.
Another excellent use of this ring is to scale unique weapons that do heavy cold damage, such as Cospri's Malice. With cospri's malice you can scale a strong cold attack and all the cold trigger gems (discharge, ice nova, arctic breath) simultaneously.
And let us not forget the new cold amulet from Breach: The Pandemonius. With this amulet cold attacks gain a great deal offensively with 20% penetration and defensively with blind and chill, making cold builds great again.
